Israeli left-wing political stickers, 1995–2005
For about a decade, from the Oslo accords to the Gaza disengagement, Israeli politics was argued on the backs of cars. Every campaign, movement and splinter group printed stickers; activists handed them out at junctions; the other side answered with stickers of its own. This is one activist's collection from the left side of that argument — 167 stickers, cards and oddments kept in an album since the 1990s.
Each item is shown as photographed, with its text transcribed, translated, attributed where possible, and dated as closely as the sticker itself and the collector's memory allow. Where the collector had something to say, that appears too.

The collector was active in the Israeli left — mainly in Noar Meretz and Peace Now — from the mid-1990s to the early 2000s, and kept the stickers she handed out, swapped and peeled off things. The album was photographed in 2021. A few items in it are not stickers at all (a flyer, a towelette, a mock bus card) and are kept because they were part of the same campaigns; a handful of later stickers, the last from 2015, are included as the tail end of the same collection.
The collection is published anonymously. Questions, corrections, and identifications of unattributed stickers are very welcome at bumperyears@duck.com.
Texts are transcribed as printed. Translations aim to carry the pun where there is one. The issuer is given only where a logo, address or typeface makes it clear; "unknown" means unknown. Dates come from the collector's own tagging of the album, from internal evidence (candidates, slogans, party names that existed only in certain years) and, failing both, from an educated guess marked as such. Each entry says how confident the date is.
Catalogue text (transcriptions, translations, notes) may be reused with attribution to The Bumper Years. The sticker designs themselves belong to the parties and movements that issued them and are reproduced here for documentation.
Every sticker has a permanent address: bumperyears.org/#S027, using the catalogue number shown in its entry. Suggested form: The Bumper Years, entry S027, https://bumperyears.org/#S027, accessed [date].
